  • How can I track my package?
    We will send you a tracking ID via email once your order(s) has been dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days of making payment, then please contact us. You can track your order by going to our Delivery Information page.
  • My tracking ID is bringing up an error or isn't working.
    Most often when a tracking ID hasn't updated or has stopped working, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the global tracking system updating the parcel's progress. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Typically, orders arrive within 2 week but please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive, this is due to sourcing your items direct from our suppliers. If you haven’t received your order after 28 working days you can track it by going to our Delivery Information page. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@gadgman.co.uk.
  • I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
    We work with multiple suppliers, so it can happen that your items are dispatched separately. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered. You can track your items by going to our Delivery Information page and inputting your tracking ID's. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@gadgman.co.uk.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
  • Can I change my order?
    We advise you to check your order before submitting payment. However, if you wish you change your order, you can do this so long as the item(s) have not been dispatched by our supplier(s).
  • Can I add to my order?
    No, once payment has been made, you cannot add to an existing order as we do not store payment information. If you would like to order additional item(s), please place an additional order.
  • Do you offer fast shipping?
    To keep our prices low, we use standard shipping methods.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If your order hasn't been dispatched and agreed via correspondence, we will cancel your order and refund the full amounts via the original payment method.
  • Do you accept returns?
    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. Please download and print the returns order form and send it with your returned item(s). Unless the item is defective, to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.
  • Are returns free?
    No, returns are at your own risk and cost unless otherwise agreed via correspondance.
  • I want to make a complaint.
